Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The Center Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the center, including staff supervision, customer service, facility maintenance, and financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Staff Management:
    • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of employees, including administrative staff, instructors, and support personnel.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance.
    • Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
    • Implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
  3. Operations Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, including scheduling classes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
    • Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient workflow.
  4. Financial Management:
    • Prepare and manage the center’s budget, including revenue forecasting and expense control.
    • Analyze financial data and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
    • Monitor and report on key financial metrics regularly.
  5. Marketing and Promotion:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
    • Participate in local community outreach and promotional events.
  6. Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Maintain a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.
  7. Performance Metrics:
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to center operations, such as customer retention, revenue growth, and staff productivity.
    • Implement improvements based on data analysis and feedback.

Qualification

  • 3 Three Years Experience in Skill Development Project in Odisha, preferably in Keonjhar.
  • Any Graduate
  • IT Learned
  • Able to manage Barbil + Keonjhar District HQ Centre(Physically and digitally).
    Excellent Communication
  • Should be able to handle Officials.
